Employment Litigation
& Counseling
We represent employers and employees across the full range of employment disputes — in court, in arbitration, and before government agencies. Our experience on both sides of the relationship gives us a practical, well-rounded perspective that benefits every client, whether pursuing or defending a claim.
Litigation
We litigate restrictive covenant disputes — including non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements — as well as trade secret misappropriation, employment contract and compensation disputes, tortious interference with employment relationships, and negligent hiring, retention, and supervision claims. We also bring and defend against the full spectrum of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, including claims based on race, sex, age, disability, pregnancy, religion, sexual orientation, and other protected characteristics, as well as those involving failure to accommodate disabilities, denial of protected leave, whistleblower retaliation, wrongful termination, and pay equity violations.
We pursue alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, when it serves our clients’ interests, and we are prepared to try cases when it does not.
Counseling & Advisory
We advise employers and employees outside the courtroom as well — conducting internal workplace investigations, negotiating employment and separation agreements, and counseling businesses on best practices to prevent disputes before they arise. We also represent senior employees and executives in negotiating compensation, equity arrangements, and exit terms.
